Leadership Development

Transforming organizations to meet the challenges of our times is the everyday job of everyone.  Where we once understood leadership to be to synonymous with high position or authority, current best practice recognizes that each member of an organization has the opportunity—and the responsibility—to lead.

At PEC, we take this new paradigm of “citizen leader” to mean that each of us needs and deserves a comprehensive skill set that builds our leadership capacity and prepares us for the future.  We have honed the tools and processes needed to enliven this leadership capability in people of all backgrounds.  Our motto is “creating a just and sustainable world, one leader at a time”.

Executive Coaching

Coaching is a principally a collaborative partnership between two people (coach & client) both committed to fulfilling agreed upon results. It is not simply about solving problems, improving skills, or increasing performance- though these are inevitable outcomes; it is more about developing the overall capacity of a client in a specific domain of action, such that they are able to anticipate, understand, and resolve an entire host issues and challenges. Our coaching is rigorous and results driven; yet, it is also custom tailored to each individual and sufficiently flexible to meet inevitable changes and new demands as they arise.
